Bayswater Cottage is located in Bayswater which is on the North Shore of Auckland situated on a peninsula between Takapuna and Devonport. An established suburb close to the restaurants and shopping of Devonport Village and Takapuna. Fuller Ferries run a ferry from Bayswater Marina - a short 10 minute walk from Bayswater Cottage.
A unique property for the discerning person. It is furnished to the highest standard - Two bedrooms one both with four poster beds - the main bedroom has a queen size four poster bed and the second bedroom has a double bed.

There is a great little barbecue (gas) outside the back kitchen door where the sea shell courtyard is located.

Bayswater Cottage is located in Bayswater - a Peninsula that is surrounded by water and the Bayswater Marina is at the end of the road - GREAT location!!! The North Shore Ferry leaves from Bayswater Marina directly into Auckland City - takes 10 minutes
The weekly rate for Bayswater Cottage is $1,200.00
The nightly rate is $200.00 with a 3 night minimum
Shorter stays (2 nights or less) are $240.00 per night
We offer reduced rates for longer stays so please just inquire and we will get back to you with an attractive rate - there are no hard and fast rules!!!
