Tariff

 The weekly rate for Bayswater Cottage is $1,200.00

  The nightly rate is $240.00 with a 3 night minimum

Shorter stays (2 nights or less) are $250.00 per night

  We offer reduced rates for longer stays so please just inquire and we will get back to you with an attractive rate - there are no hard and fast rules!!!
