HI Kathy,

I was sorry not to meet you when you were at Kerr Street as I want to compliment you on your fabulous property and the way in which you present it for guests.

We have had a lovely stay, and all of us agree we would go back to KSV in a heartbeat for another holiday. We found the situation met all our needs - the ferry rides interested the kids, we had access to good walks to North Head, Cheltenham Beach and up Mount Victoria every night ... after a few days the kids became very proficient at riding down the the side of that mountain/hill on pieces of cardboard.  We had a ball!

We have all agreed we will be back.  Last night we stayed in Parnell for our last night after touring down to Napier and Rotorua. Last night we went for a walk to the Parnell Rose Garden and found a spot overlooking the docks - we spotted KSV from a distance and all wanted to be there instead of on the other side of the water.

A belated thank-you for our stay in Auckland at Norwood. We greatly enjoyed the house and your additional touches were also appreciated, as was the ease of dealing with you!

We stayed in this cottage for 1 week in march  This is a lovely cottage with lots of character and charm. The Host Kathy could not do enough for us and even put an Easter Egg hunt on for our 3 children as we arrived on Easter Sunday. Bayswater is a lovely sleepy little community but close enough to Auckland which can be reached by the 10 min ferry crossing. Did not want to leave, could of stayed forever!!! The Darraugh Family

After a long flight from the U.K. this was the perfect place to stay and unwind.  This has given us a great start to our new life in New Zealand. This is so charming and comfortable place - made us feel like we were at home - so thanks a lot for this place and all the good care you took.  We will be back - 

Lovely cottage - thanks for the little extras!!!  Been around 2 islands in 5 weeks - this really was the best accommodation we stayed in - gorgeous 

Hi Kathy, Thank you so much for letting us stay at Bayswater Cottage. It has been a lovely three days!! Arriving here was fantastic - we had come straight from a week staying with 8 adults, 10 kids, l bathroom and a very sandy beach - it was wonderful to walk into a sparkling clean bathroom and have a lovely shower.  All the little touches you did for us were so nice,  A___ jumped straight on the little car and has not stoppped playing with the cash register.  C___ and I got fabulous sleeps as we were able to put C___ in the portacot, not to mention that this little house is easy to sleep in - it is so nice.  I can't thank you enought - what a lovely holiday .  (Guests that stayed at Bayswater Cottage  - January

Thank you so much for all you did prior to our arrrival at Labour weekend - The chocolates, mineral water, light left on and music playing made the cottage so inviting.  We loved staying here and it certainly is a great location - look forward to coming here again.

I would like to say the stay has been absolutely wonderful. You would have to be the best host we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.. Given I made a major boo boo with the dates and your fixing it to ensure we go in yesterday told me you are one in a million.                                                                                                                                      

Kathy is absolutely fantastic! I don't know what we would have done without her and we are so happy to be staying with Devonport Holiday Houses again over the holidays! ♥                                                                November
