 On arrival into any of our accommodations a "Welcome Letter" is waiting with relevant information to the guests staying in the accommodation. 

Every last detail is taken care of so that on arrival guests are  able to relax and unwind often from either an arduous plane trip or long drive.   We like our guests to make the accommodation "their  home away from home" .

GUESTS COMMENTS

What a lovely time we had here!! Great comfy beds, cosy fireplace, our girls adored the pebbled courtyard and underfloor heating Gabriella thought it was a fairy leaving the chocolates under her pillow!!! We love Bayswater Cottage - thanks so much for everything
