Devonport Summer Houses 

Devonport Summer Houses are owners main houses  - while they are away for the summer we secure guests to stay in their houses - we have been in the business of "guests at Devonport Holiday Houses" since 2004 and all of our guests have been absolutely wonderful - our business is now made up of repeat guests and we need more houses.

November 16th, 2011  - We currently have many potential guests wanting houses over the summer period and further (February onwards)

We have 6  houses on Devonport Summer Houses and all are totally booked except one has a  gap between December 6th and December 29th 2011

Devonport Holiday Houses

We have been in the accommodation business since 2004 with 3 accommodations joining "The Devonport Holiday Houses Family" in 2008.  

Some houses  we just get the bookings (I am an expert at that and where my absolute strength lies) and for some (especially for overseas owners) we do everything - bookings, cleaning, fixing etc.

We do ALL the work and totally transform your potential or existing accommodation.   - We clear out and clean out and we do it with passion and love to transform your space into something that is of a high standard.   It is amazing what paint, cleaning, clearing and decor do to a property.  

We totally manage the property for you - answer inquires, make and take bookings and prepare the property before guests arrive.  In the 4 years we have been running the business we have never had anything but delightful guests.  Most of our guests come from England, U.S.A., Canada, Australia and of course New Zealand.  Many are ex-pats coming home for a visit with family but like their own "space".   Many are grandparents that adore their family and grandchildren but enjoy the opportunity to have quiet - it is fun for overseas grandparents to  have their grandchildren stay the night at the accommodations. 

  This is totally different from property managers  - we have passion and love behind all we do - the properties are evidence of that.  If there is a problem  eg: dishwasher not working etc. we take care of it without bothering the owner of the property.
